These are seriously the best multi-vitamins I've ever used. No joke. I've tried SO many different ones over the years and they ALWAYS upset my stomach and seem like they don't digest very well. These, however are fantastic

Been taking these for a couple of months now. No negative effects. Urine does get yellow but really not an issue. These are not horse pills. You can take 1 or 2 as recommended and they in easy to swallow capsules. So no gross vitamin hard to swallow pills. Happy with this product so far.
