At Lockout Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
